ABOUT TINA
Tina began her real estate career in 1998 at the Great Neck William E. Wood & Associates' office. Under the watchful eye of some of the most professional and respected agents in the business, Tina developed into a successful Realtor, being named both William E. Wood & Assoc. and Tidewater Assoc. of Realtors' Rookie of the Year for 1999. Building on a solid foundation, Tina has consistenty been an award winning agent ever since. In 2000, Tina was named to Dolan's Virginia Business Observer's (Inside Business) coveted "40 Under 40" List, which selects 40 rising stars in Hampton Roads under the age of 40. In 2000, 2002, 2004 & 2005, Tina was the top listing agent for her office and has been a consistent Circle of Excellence Member since 1999.  In 2007, Tina began a new chapter in her real estate career as Director of Training & Agent Development with Long & Foster Oceanfront.

Tina covers the real estate market for all of South Hampton Roads. While she handles all aspects, including resale, new construction, investment property and land, she specializes in marketing "hard to sell" properties. Her successful marketing plan for these properties has earned her a reputation for being able to sell even the most challenging properties. Tina also works with many real estate investors, assisting them with developing a profitable real estate portfolio and business plan.

Tina resides with her husband and son in Virginia Beach. She is active in the community as a member of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association, the Hokie Club and her neighborhood Civic League.  Tina is the annual employee funraising campaign sponsor of Children's Hospital of the Kings Daughters.  She and her family are devoted Virginia Tech fans as Golden Hokie Club Members, Pylon Society Members and Club Seat Season Ticket holders for Virginia Tech football.
