What is the #1 "Must Have" when you are looking for an Agent?
(A) Accessibility and Availability
(B) Professionalism
(C) An understanding of your needs
(D) Knowledge of the local market
(E) Professional Designations (CRS, ePRO, etc.)
(F) Minimum of 5 years of Experience
"All I can strive to be is the absolute best possible version of myself."

There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting.
Bottom line? I do this everyday and have been for over 10 years. I often describe a real estate transacation as "trying to get mutiple people/personalities to dance together at the same day and at the same time who have very likely, never danced together before". It takes grace and tenacity to not step on too many toes, get others to "dance" the way you are and still walk away as the best dancer for your client.
I can help you with every aspect of buying or selling your home because I’m experienced, because I’m professional . . .and because I care.

While designations do not indicate how well an agent will work for you, they do exemplify an agent's commitment to her industry, her education and her desire to be as knowledgeable as possible for her clients.

What is the difference between a Realtor® and a Real Estate Agent? Not all Real Estate Agents are Realtors®. A Realtor® is a Real Estate Licensee who subscribes to a code of ethics. Tina is a member of the following Realtor® organizations: National Association of Realtors®, Virginia Association of Realtors®, North Carolina Association of Realtors®, Hampton Roads Realtors® Association and Albemarle Area Association of Realtors®.

Graduate, Realtor® Institute, more commonly known as GRI, is an advanced designation offered to Realtors® throughout the United States. GRI is recognized nationwide as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge. Virginia’s REALTOR® Institute programs consists of twelve one-day modules of 7 1/2 hours each and has ranked as one of the country’s top Institute programs. Only 19% of all Realtors® hold the GRI Designation.

e-PRO is the NAR approved Internet Certification Program. Tina was one of the first agents to receive this designation when it was developed. The vision of e-PRO Certification is to create a well-trained, core group of real estate professionals who are thriving in the online-based real estate industry. The e-PRO Internet Professional belongs to a special community of highly skilled and continuously trained real estate professionals who collaborate to enjoy deeper satisfaction as the result of their e-PRO Certification status.

Quality Service Certification, Inc. is the premier advocate of consumer-oriented quality service in the real estate industry. QSC conducts training and certification programs throughout North America. Our clients include individual real estate professionals, leading national and regional real estate organizations, small independent Brokers and boards of Realtors®. A Quality Service Certified® sales professional offers consumers the only sensible alternative to the "lowest price" - measurably better service and confidence through accountability.
